The question is, do you want to have a home base, with plenty of seating and flexible food and drink options, or scramble to find and schedule a bunch of different locations with enough capacity for everyone?

Thursday afternoon, your out of town family and friends begin to arrive. They get checked into their hotel and then everyone meets for a drink SOMEWHERE.
Friday morning, one group heads out to play golf and another group gets their nails done and then they all meet for lunch SOMEWHERE.
Friday evening is your rehearsal and then dinner SOMEHWERE
Sunday morning, everyone checks out of their hotel and, before leaving town, goes for brunch SOMEWHERE.

As we put the finishing touches on our buildings and grounds, we are offering Builder's Preview Tours. This means you could encounter typical elements found on a construction site such as dust, dirt, mud, wet paint, slick surfaces and trip hazards. While we do everything within our control to make our site safe, by scheduling a Builder's Preview Tour you acknowledge that you are entering a construction site and release The Stables at Floyds Fork from all liability.
Venue tours, vendor meetings and photo shoots are by appointment only. No access without an appointment.
Yes, and this is included with your Wedding Weekend rental! *
*Due to restrictions, client must purchase and pay for the policy. (Approximately $400). This amount will be credited towards your second payment.

Choose the vendors who provide the right service, at the right price, for you.
We strongly recommend that you utilize the services of a caterer. However, we understand that some couples may want a more DIY approach, particularly for the smaller events during your weekend. If you choose to provide your own food, your Event Liability Policy will cover you in case of issues.
Alcohol must be served by insured and StarCertified bartenders.

Our indoor spaces and most of our grounds are fully accessible for people with mobility issues.

We have (2) 700 square foot dressing suites. As an added bonus, these suites are adjoining (but lockable) and they each lead directly to our private photo studio, so you have all the space and flexibility you could need!
Yes, and our in-house Day-Of Coordinator is included with your Wedding Weekend rental!

However, a Day-Of Coordinator is not the same as a Wedding Planner. A wedding planner helps couples design and orchestrate a wedding from the beginning. They will draw up a budget, find and hire vendors, structure and set timelines for the ceremony and reception, and oversee everything on the wedding day.
If you prefer to hire your own planner, we will deduct $500 from your final payment (with a copy of the signed contract and their COI)

There are numerous hotels and short-term rentals within a 10-minute drive.
Yes, and this is included with your rental!
We provide a 7-day refund guarantee. You can secure your date with the reassurance that if, within the first 7 days, you find a venue that better suits your needs your first payment will be refunded. (Less any processing fees) On day 8, with the exception of the refundable Damage and Infraction deposit, all payments are non-refundable.
